Jeffrey K. Helfrich is a business attorney whose practice includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, real estate, business organizations and health care law. He has represented clients in the purchase and sale of businesses on a nationwide basis. Jeff has represented both commercial lenders and borrowers in the negotiation, preparation and/or review of loan documentation. He has taught real estate licensing courses as an instructor for the Real Estate Certification Program since 1989.
