Jon Goldman is an employment
and labor lawyer with over twenty-six years of experience
representing employers. He regularly advises employers
on complying with both state and federal employment
laws and has conducted numerous training seminars to
assist employers in preventing employment law claims.
He has advised a number of employers who have initiated
organizational restructuring in an effort to increase
their productivity and profitability. He has jury trial
experience and has successfully defended employers
in discrimination, wrongful termination, labor arbitration,
NLRB and other employment cases. He has significant
union avoidance and representation election campaign
experience.
