Kent A. Brasseale II has a
degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
His areas of practice include environmental, mineral,
intellectual property, construction, business and real
estate law. He regularly negotiates construction and
environmental remediation contracts. Brasseale has taught
real estate licensing courses as an instructor for the
Real Estate Certification Program, and is a past co-Chairman
of the Metropolitan Evansville Chamber of Commerce Environmental
Committee and is active in the Environmental Section
of the Indiana State Bar Association.

higher education and health care clients in construction
contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Negotiates coal, oil and methane
gas leases, assists operators with mineral asset
sales and acquisitions, works with investors in
capitalizing development projects, and represents
clients in mineral interest disputes.

clients with environmental assessment and remediation,
cost recovery and compliance.
