Michael E. DiRienzo practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, collection & creditors’ rights law, involving commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Indiana and Illinois. He also assists clients with resolving business, environmental, construction and real estate disputes and condemnation proceedings in trial and appellate courts.

• Represents creditors in state trial courts and federal bankruptcy courts to maximize recovery on past due claims

• Helps businesses and individuals in environmental cost recovery actions

• Represents local prosecutors in seeking forfeiture of money and assets seized from criminal defendants
