Allison K. Comstock
practices real estate law, estate planning and administration,
and elder law. She represents businesses and individuals in
a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisitions,
sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties,
tax-deferred like-kind exchanges, and in the development of
commercial property, residential subdivisions and common interest
communities. In addition to her real estate practice, Allison
advises individuals in connection with their estate and wealth
transfer planning and during the process of probate and trust
administration.

Represents commercial developers in coordinating
complex projects including contract and lease negotiation,
establishing restrictive covenants, and on infrastructure
and traffic issues.

Advises clients concerning like-kind real
estate exchanges, including reverse exchanges and construction
of improvements in a 1031 exchange.

Counsels condominium developers in the
formation of condominium ownership documents, and in the
practical steps involved in the eventual transfer of control
to owners associations.

Assists realtors, buyers and sellers in
residential real estate transactions.

Represents local hospital in real estate
acquisitions, leases, and expansion efforts.

Counsels small business owners concerning
formation of limited liability companies, partnerships and
corporations, including buy-sell and shareholder agreements.

Develops and implements estate plans for
individuals and families, including wills, various trusts,
intra-family loans, and gifting of interests in limited
liability companies and partnerships.

Assists individuals with guardianships
and various elder law matters, including special needs trusts
and asset planning.

Represents banks and individuals in their
roles as personal representatives and as trustees of various
trusts, including inter-vivos trusts and irrevocable life
insurance trusts.
