Brian Williams, Ryan Schulz Receive Statewide Recognition

Congratulations!  Brian P. Williams, a KDDK litigator and co-managing partner, has been recognized as a Distinguished Barrister and Ryan M. Schulz, a KDDK business attorney, has been honored as an Up and Coming Lawyer in the Indiana Lawyer 2015 Leadership in Law Awards.

Distinguished Barrister and the Up and Coming Lawyer Awards are conferred annually by the Indiana Lawyer to honor members of the legal community who have shown a commitment to their profession and the clients they serve through professional commitments, social and civic involvement, and community volunteerism. Brian P. Williams

Brian P. Williams has practiced business, economic development, contract, employment, real estate, estate planning, religious organizations, and trust litigation for more than 30 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Bloomington, in 1981. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Judicature Society, Indiana State Bar Association, and Evansville Bar Association.

Currently President of the Central Region of Boy Scouts of America, Brian has also held leadership positions with the Rotary Club of Evansville, Inc., Indiana University Alumni Association, Indiana University Maurer School of Law Alumni Board, United Methodist South Indiana Conference, Inc., Evansville Industrial Foundation, Deaconess Hospital Foundation, Legal Aid Society of Evansville, Vanderburgh County Law Library Foundation, Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, Historic New Harmony Foundation, and other civic and professional organizations.

Ryan M. Schulz

Ryan M. Schulz focuses his law practice on business law, real estate law, construction law, estate planning, and trial and litigation services. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Kentucky, and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association and Evansville Bar Association. Schulz earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 2005, his Juris Doctor from Indiana University McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis, in 2008, and a Chinese Law Certification from Renmin University of China School of Law, Beijing, in 2008.

He actively serves the 1816 Group, Point Man Military Organization, Southwest Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Evansville Mayor Winnecke’s Emerging Leaders Counsel, Young Professionals Alliance, City of Evansville Fire Merit Commission, City of Evansville Building Commission, and Youth First, Inc.
