Southwestern Indiana realtors were
recent invitees to a program coordinated by Evansville
Titles Corporation on August 21, 2002 . Allison K.
Comstock, of Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP, was invited
to join a panel of experts from Evansville Titles
Corporation, Fifth Third Bank and State Farm Insurance to
inform local realtors on the intricacies of facilitating
smooth real estate closings. Drawing on her expertise from
8 years as a real estate attorney, Allison shared "10 Hot
Tips" on title, tax, and closing issues which realtors
need to keep their buyers and sellers happy.
