Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP is pleased to announce Allison K. Comstock became a partner effective January 1, 2003. Allison has over 8 years of experience in business law and has been active in the continued development of the firm's real estate law practice. Allison returned to Evansville to practice law in 1994 after graduating from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Allison represents commercial and residential developers, businesses and individuals in real estate acquisitions and leases, subdivision development, tax-deferred exchanges, and real property tax appeals. Her practice also includes trusts, estate planning, and probate and guardianship matters. She is active in the community, serving on the boards of Impact Christian Health Center, Inc. (Secretary), the Vanderburgh Community Foundation, and A Network of Evansville Women (ANEW), and is a member of the Junior League of Evansville. Allison and her husband Brian live in Evansville with their two children.
