KDDK Adds Partner

Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP is pleased to announce that Steven S. Hoar became a partner on January 1, 2005. Steve has eight years of experience in business litigation. A Southern Indiana native, Steve grew up near Salem. He then graduated cum laude from DePauw University with a degree in Political Science. After earning his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, Steve came to KDDK in 1997. Steve's practice focuses on litigating contract, construction, and real estate disputes. He also has extensive experience enforcing creditors' rights through liens, garnishments, receiverships, replevins, and other enforcement techniques. In addition to his law practice, Steve serves as President of the Evansville Westside Kiwanis Club, Vice-Chairman of the Evansville Bar Association's Commercial Law Section, and on the boards of Sterling United Federal Credit Union and the Vanderburgh Law Library Foundation. Steve lives in St. Wendel with his wife, Shannon, and their new twin daughters, Savannah and Sophia.
