KDDK partners Alan Shovers and Mark Samila in Septmeber presented a seminar on tax issues to the probate committee of the Evansville Bar Association (EBA). Sponsored by the EBA, the seminar addressed Circular 230, which sets forth requirements tax practitioners must follow in rendering tax advice to clients.
