Helfrich Teaching Real Estate Courses at Ivy Tech

Jeffrey Helfrich, partner at KDDK, is teaching a Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course through the Real Estate Certification Program at Ivy Tech. The nine-week course runs August 8 through October 10. Helfrich also will be teaching a Real Estate Brokers licensing course at Ivy Tech which will run October 17 through December 19. He has been an instructor of real estate courses at Ivy Tech since 1989. Helfrich’s practice as a business attorney includes real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, business organizations and health care law.
