KDDK Litigators: 18 Civil Jury Trials in 2005

KDDK's litigation department finished out 2005 with a civil jury trial in Floyd County Circuit Court in New Albany. Six KDDK litigators tried a total of 18 civil jury trials in 2005 along with many more bench trials. In addition to Floyd County, venues included the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana (Evansville Division), as well as Dubois, Harrison, Gibson, Knox, Lawrence, Monroe, Vanderburgh, Vigo and Warrick Counties. While KDDK understands trying a case to a jury is often a last resort when a lawsuit cannot be resolved by other means, we believe effective and aggressive representation requires being ready, willing and able to defend our clients' interests before juries.
