Hegeman, Barron Meet EVSC Students

The Outreach sub-committee of the EBA Diversity Committee organized a dinner at the home of Federal Magistrate Judge William Hussmann on September 30 which hosted African American and Hispanic high school students and their parents. Diversity Committee member John Hegeman and subcommittee member Ted Barron were invited by Judge Hussmann to attend the dinner, talk with the students and parents, and encourage the students’ interest in a legal career, whether an attorney, paralegal or court interpreter. The students were identified as “interested” in a legal career by their EVSC teachers & academic counselors.
