Comstock co-chaired the Vanderburgh
Community Foundation’s fifteenth anniversary celebration
at The Centre, which honored local philanthropists Richard
and Rita Eykamp on October 11 with the first annual Spirit
of Giving Award. The VCF celebration also featured veteran
actor Ron Glass, a graduate of the University of Evansville
who was recently named honorary chairman of a campaign
drive for the Evansville African American Museum. The
Foundation promotes philanthropy and endowments for long-term
programs and investments that will benefit the Vanderburgh
County community. Comstock is past president of the VCF
Board of Trustees.
