Hegeman Addresses Emergency
Psychiatric Detention of Adults

On December 4, partner John Hegeman spoke on the topic of "legal proceedings for involuntary emergency psychiatric detention of adults" as a presenter at the Bioethics Forum held at Owensboro Community & Technical College. The audience included college students and faculty, staff of Owensboro Medical Health Systems and Owensboro residents. The legal proceedings Hegeman addressed are statutory requirements in both the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Indiana.
