Ethics & Care of the Dying:
Hegeman Attends Deaconess Retreat

In early February partner John Hegeman participated in the annual Deaconess Hospital Ethics Retreat in New Harmony. The subject of the retreat was "Ethics and Care of the Dying." The gathering included roundtable discussion on death, dying and medical futility issues. Hegeman works with clients in the areas of estate & disability planning, probate & trust administration, business, tax & pension law, elder law, guardianships and private adoption.
