6 KDDK Attorneys Selected for Inclusion
as “Super Lawyers”

6 KDDK attorneys were recently selected for inclusion in the Indiana Super Lawyers 2009 magazine. Attorney Chris Lee was listed for business litigation and Attorney Jon Goldman for employment and labor. Chris Lee is also listed in the Corporate Counsel March/April 2009 Edition of Super Lawyers. This national publication selects attorneys from each state that designate business litigation or international law as their primary area of practice. Listed as 2009 Indiana Rising Stars are KDDK attorneys Todd Barsumian for civil litigation defense; Monica Edwards for environmental; Jake Fulcher for employment & labor and Carrie Roelle for civil litigation defense.

The “Indiana Super Lawyer” and “Super Lawyer” designations are determined by ballots mailed to Indiana attorneys. These attorneys are asked to vote for the best lawyers they have personally observed in action. Each lawyer is given a score based on the number and type of votes received. Votes received from lawyers in other firms are awarded significantly more points than votes received from lawyers in the same firm. This listing represents the top five percent (5%) of attorneys in Indiana. After the balloting is reviewed to verify that no "back-scratch voting" has occurred, final designations are reviewed by a blue ribbon panel of the top vote-getters from the survey.
