Attorney Notes
The Evansville Bar Association’s Diversity
Committee and H.O.L.A. (Hospitality and Outreach for
Latin Americans, Inc.) conducted a Spanish-language event
recently to introduce Spanish-speaking students and adults
to career opportunities in the legal profession. Attorney
Ted Barron, a member of the Diversity Committee member
who is fluent in Spanish, was part of a panel at the
event.
Attorney Beth Browning was recently
elected to the board of directors of the American Red
Cross. Beth also serves
on the board of The Evansville Dance Theatre.
KDDK Associate
Rebecca Rhymer passed her Illinois State Bar exam and
was recently sworn in to practice law
in Illinois. A graduate of Washburn University School
of
Law, Rebecca also is licensed to practice in Indiana.
Crystal Spivey has joined KDDK as an
associate attorney. Crystal is an Evansville native and
a 2006 graduate
of DePaul College of Law in Chicago.
