Notes
In February, Kristi
Prutow Cirignano and Jake
Fulcher held a presentation on the new e-discovery
rules for a locally-headquartered manufacturer of motor
vehicle components. The presentation generated a good
deal of discussion about new electronic discovery rules
and policies for dealing with electronic data. If your
company could benefit from a presentation on this topic,
contact Kristi at kcirignano@kddk.com
or Jake at jfulcher@kddk.com.
Partner John
Hegeman recently spoke to the Advanced Government class at Bosse
High School to inform students about the jurisdictional differences between
the Indiana State and the Federal Court systems.
KDDK attorney Monica
Edwards has assumed the position of Treasurer for the
Environmental Law Section Council of the Indiana State
Bar Association.
