John Hegeman was a featured speaker at February’s Ethical Issues in Behavioral Care as part of the 2007 Ethics Retreat organized by area health care committees.

Maria Talbert Worthington recently completed general civil certified mediation training in Indianapolis and is now offering a full range of mediation services. This training complements the 40-hour domestic relations certified mediation coursework Worthington completed in 2005.

Ted Barron and Mike DiRienzo volunteered for the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Talk to A Lawyer event in January. Participating attorneys answered 88 calls in eight hours.

Mark Samila joined a panel recently to inform regional business people about the Indiana Investment Fund (IIF). IIF invests in firms that do business in Indiana, want to expand or move operations to Indiana, or will invest in Indiana.

Jake Fulcher will be a featured speaker on the topic of e-discovery at the Evansville Human Resources Association spring seminar on April 19, 2007.

Rebecca Rhymer has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Jacob’s Village, a non-profit organization offering social services and residential facilities to adults with disabilities. As a member of the board, Rebecca will assist in creating programs to help these individuals develop life skills and independence.
