22 Property Tax Seminar
A
property tax seminar on Friday, June 22 will examine
property tax abatements and enterprise zones, 2007 tax
regulations, operation of the local tax board and new
state legislation affecting property assessments. The
seminar is designed for accountants, controllers, tax
managers and officers, real estate professionals and
CFOs. It is certified for eight continuing legal education
(CLE) hours.
Faculty will include KDDK
attorneys Mike
Schopmeyer, Mark
Samila and Amy Steinhart, CPA Candice C. Moore and
assessors Glen Tornatta-Koob, Jonathan Weaver and Angela
Wilder. The event will be held at the Evansville Airport
Marriott on Highway 41 North. Registration will be held
8:00 - 8:30 a.m. and sessions are scheduled from 8:30
a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Cost to attend will be
$329 for a single registrant or $319 each for two or
more from the same organization. Additional registration
