Attorney Notes

Mike DiRienzo was among several volunteers nominated recently for induction into Southwestern Indiana’s Youth Resources Youth Worker Hall of Fame. Since its inception three years ago, Mike has been a volunteer with Youth Resources’ Vanderburgh County Teen Court program. He helps youth attorneys understand the proper handling of evidence, how to question witnesses, and other court proceedings. Mike also has served as Teen Court judge for several hearings.

KDDK Partner Allison Comstock conducted a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar in April for the Evansville Bar Association on the topic of condominiums and planned unit developments.

Crystal Spivey Wildeman was sworn in to practice law in the state of Illinois on May 10 in Collinsville, IL. Also licensed in Indiana, Crystal practices in the areas of employment law litigation and trial services, insurance subrogation, insurance defense and bankruptcy, collections & creditors' rights.

Jake Fulcher will serve as a presenter on June 20 at The Evansville Bar Association’s CLE seminar titled, “Drafting, Attacking, and Enforcing Non-Compete & Non-Disclosure Agreements.” Topics will include drafting and litigation hints and a case law update.
