Attorney Notes
Jeff Helfrich
has kicked off a real estate pre-licensing salesperson
course at Ivy Tech in Evansville, to run July 7 through
September 8. The course is offered through the Real Estate
Certification program at Ivy Tech, where Helfrich has
been an instructor since 1989.
Jake Fulcher
has accepted the position of Chair of the Evansville Bar
Association’s Employment Law section for the 2008-2009
term.
Amy Steinhart
and Beth Browning were recently named
co-chairs of the Commercial Law section of the Evansville
Bar Association.
On August 7 Jake
Fulcher will update the Evansville Human Resources
Association on recent Supreme Court decisions involving
HR issues. He also will discuss employment law changes
that might take place after the November elections, depending
on the outcome of the presidential race.
