Leadership Change
Kahn, Dees, Donovan &
Kahn, LLP is announcing the transition of its Managing
Partners, effective January 1, 2010. The new Managing
Partners are:

Larry R. Downs, who focuses his practice
on labor and employment law. Downs has been with the
firm since 1974;

Jon Goldman, who focuses his practice
on labor and employment law. Goldman has been with
the firm since 1986;
-
G. Michael Schopmeyer, who focuses his practice on
business, construction, environmental and real estate
law. Schopmeyer has been with the firm since 1983.
The firm's current Managing Partner,
Alan Shovers, has been with the firm since 1968 and will
complete 30 years as a managing partner. He will continue
the full time active practice of law counseling businesses
and handling estate planning matters, effective January
1, 2010.

celebrated its 100th anniversary. With 28 lawyers and
