- Employment Law: Defends employers against claims involving race, age, national origin, and disability discrimination/harassment in state and federal administrative hearings and lawsuits. Advises employers in complying with the Family and Medical Leave Act. Represents employers in enforcement of arbitration agreement issues in federal and state courts.
- Employment Law Compliance: Drafts and reviews severance agreements, non-compete agreements, and employment policies. Advises employers on federal and state wage and hour issues.
- Labor Law: Assists in union campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and union avoidance matters.
