Indiana labor and employment law attorney Olivia Robinson leverages her strong legal research, writing and communication skills as she advises employers on avoiding and defending against harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other employment-related claims, including claims brought under the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and state and federal wage and hour laws.  She assists in defending employers in federal and state courts and before local, state and federal administrative agencies. In addition, she represents creditors in a variety of industries in state courts to maximize recovery on past due claims.

Prior to joining KDDK full-time, Olivia gained experience working as a federal judicial law extern for the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Indiana and as a summer clerk for KDDK. Olivia earned her Juris Doctor at Valparaiso University School of Law in 2016, earning Honors in Employment Law. A native of Evansville, Olivia earned her bachelor's degree in international studies and Spanish from the University of Evansville in 2013, where she served as co-captain of UE's NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Team.
